At Queenza Modest, every order is prepared with care and elegance. We strive to deliver your pieces safely and promptly, ensuring a refined shopping experience from start to finish.

Processing Time
Orders are delicately prepared within 1–2 business days. Weekend and holiday orders will be handled on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Egypt)

  • Cairo & Giza: 2–5 business days

  • Other Governorates: 3–7 business days

International Shipping
We are pleased to offer worldwide delivery to selected countries. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, subject to destination and customs.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout according to your location and order weight.

  • Complimentary shipping may be available during special promotions or once your order qualifies for a minimum spend.

Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details to follow your order’s journey.

✨ سياسة الشحن (Arabic)

في كوينزا مودست، يتم تجهيز كل طلب بعناية وأناقة لنضمن لكم تجربة تسوق راقية منذ لحظة الشراء وحتى استلام القطعة.

مدة تجهيز الطلب
يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال 1–2 يوم عمل. الطلبات في عطلة نهاية الأسبوع أو الأعياد يتم تجهيزها في يوم العمل التالي.

الشحن داخل مصر

  • القاهرة والجيزة: من 2–5 أيام عمل

  • باقي المحافظات: من 3–7 أيام عمل

الشحن الدولي
يسعدنا أن نقدم خدمة الشحن الدولي لعدد من الدول المختارة. عادةً تصل الطلبات خلال 7–14 يوم عمل مع مراعاة الوجهة والجمارك.

رسوم الشحن

  • يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام الدفع حسب الوجهة ووزن الطلب.

  • قد نوفر شحنًا مجانيًا خلال العروض الخاصة أو عند الوصول إلى قيمة شراء معينة.

تتبع الطلب
بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستصلك رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني تحتوي على بيانات التتبع لتتابعي رحلة طلبك.

التأخيرات
رغم حرصنا على الالتزام بالمواعيد، قد تحدث بعض التأخيرات لأسباب تتعلق بشركات الشحن أو الطقس أو الجمارك. نقدر تفهمك وصبرك.
